“In the years since humans and robots first started living together, there has only been one murder of a human by a robot. Eight years after that incident, investigators are called to a crime scene to investigate the death of a
prominent robot rights supporter. The state of the victim, having been murdered in a brutal fashion and left with decorative horns on his head, draws a chilling parallel to the death of the robot hero Montblanc. When accidental footage of the scene reveals that the killer was a robot so advanced that it could pass for a human, the robot investigator Gesicht begins his search for not only the killer, but the truth to his own past and the events of the 39th Central Asian Conflict.
In Naoki Urasawa’s Pluto we have a story arc from the classic Astro Boy (or Tetsuwan Atom) series that is taken, refined, and retold. Focusing on Gesicht, a minor character from the original story, rather than Atom, the focus moves from action to plot. The manga deals intensely with the issues of robot rights, human rights, and the ramifications of two divergent forms of life. Questions are raised regarding the place of robots in society, what separates a human from a robot, and most importantly, how close to human a robot can become. The story telling is excellent, and few manga in the genre are as emotionally intensive, the short Norse #2 arc being particularly powerful.

Vertigo Comics - Fight For Tommorrow

no wiki on this on, but basically its about a man who is a male prostitute who only finds himself relaxed fighting finding his peace in the world with a fair bit of fighting and learning his true meaning in life. Good read recommended

Yotsuba&! (よつばと!, Yotsuba to!?) is an ongoing comedy manga series by Kiyohiko Azuma, the creator of Azumanga Daioh. It is published by MediaWorks and serialized monthly in their magazine Dengeki Daioh. The story focuses on the everyday adventures of a young girl as she learns about the world around her. Several characters in Yotsuba&! were previously featured in a one-shot manga called Try! Try! Try!

Astonishing X-Men ( 1-18 )

"Gifted" ( 1-6 ) - The first story arc focuses on the gathering of this particular team of
mutants. While trying to save a group of hostages, the X-Men come up against the alien Ord.
At the same time, a press conference is held to announce the discovery of a 'cure' for
mutants. While investigating both of these incidents, the X-Men reunite with Colossus,
who had been resurrected by Ord's alien technology to help find the 'cure'. With Colossus'
help, the team takes down Ord, but not before it is revealed that a mutant (probably an
X-Man) will destroy his home planet - the Breakworld - within the next three years.

"Dangerous" ( 7-12 ) - The team fights a murderous, self-aware personification of the "Danger
Room" training facility, coined "Danger". The fight takes them to Genosha where, with the
help of Charles Xavier, the X-Men are able to defeat Danger for the time being.

"Torn" ( 13-18 ) - The X-Men are manipulated by a new Hellfire Club, consisting of Cassandra
Nova, Emma Frost, the enigmatic Perfection, Negasonic Teenage Warhead, and Sebastian Shaw.
